Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
- All original tags and labels must be attached
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Accessories (e.g., jewelry, hats, or socks)
- Items marked as Final Sale
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
After approval, we will provide return instructions. Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving the return approval.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the return.
Please note: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days after confirmation, please:
